Febri's Hotel & Spa, Green Garden Hotel and Green Garden Beach Resort & Spa Important Advice Hotels have received a number of warnings from State Electricity Corporation that Bali has suffered serious electricity shortage, especially around Kuta area. Many residential areas have to go through temporary black-outs as electricity supply must be prioritized to tourism-based areas, i.e. where hotels are located. In the same token, hotels are now legally obliged to switch off any appliances that consume a lot of electricity whenever necessary especially during the heavy usage hours. In line with our commitment to social responsibility, we have taken several measures in energy/electricity conservation. One of them is usage of room air-conditioners which generally being a major consumption of electricity, i.e. they must be switched-off whenever room is unattended. Our housekeeping team will switch off air-conditioners as soon as rooms are serviced unless guests are still in the room(s). As soon as guests take out their key tag from door socket, electricity supply is disconnected except the refrigerator. Although normal check-in time is agreed at 14:00, you are required to submit your clients' flight details or information on desired check-in time when booking is made (or at least 24 hours prior to check-in). When such information is submitted, our housekeeping team will ensure that your clients' room is readily cool and fresh flowers are prepared just before the check-in. Unfortunately, failing to submit the check-in information, the room will be made available after 18:00, air-conditioners are not on, fresh flowers are not prepared either. In the meantime, please ensure to have this information available in all your sites or information channels for our hotels so that your clients are aware what to expect.
